Moved mediaQuery.js right after foundation-core.js It fit foudation recomendation and solve some issue with kitchen-sinks usage

Well... after multiples tries it seems that the issue persist event if it follows the recomendation of foundation https://github.com/smartgravity/grav-theme-bones/issues/38
