TPHXGuiPolygon - Create polygon based on the Image Alpha

I suggest to added a method to create a polygon based on the Image Alpha!

I've seen a few algorithms that do this, but I can't find it now. I will try to 
find it again and I will post the links here!

This function is implemented in the Image Editor already so no looking is 
needed!!
