Font Offset #114

My problems of Font Centering and Alignment seens to be related to X Offset and 
Y Offset properties of TPhxCharacter;

I have added a button on TphxFontEditor to set all Offsets of All Characters to 
0.

I don't know why this values is not 0 by default.

Font offsets is to make the characters align properly regardless of the size of 
the borders along the characters.
