TPhxControl - Please Add Saveable Properites #118

I need to have some TPhxControls descendents that are not savable! It must only 
exists in RunTime. 

Please Add a SaveAble Propertie to TPhxControl and in  

procedure TPHXControlList.SaveToStream(Stream: TStream);
