Some fixes to phxImageDialog

- ScrollBars is not working!
- Please Limit the Max Pattern Size Preview (300x200)... If Big than this, it 
stretch it down.

It would be nice to instead of the colums, it keeps the original image aspect, 
and show a patterns list by name behind it. What do you thinks?
