Please Add a Runtime GlobalAlpha to TPhxParticleSystem or TPhxParticleEffect #133

I need the Particles to FadeIn/Out.

I suggest add a GlobalAlpha to TPHXParticleSystem and in the Update multiply 
Color.Alpha := Color.Alpha * GlobalAlpha.
