Add command to Stop all systems in a TPhxParticleManager #136

Please Add command to Stop all systems in a TPhxParticleManager!

TPhxParticleManager.Clear does not works! I can't add any particle anymore 
after a TPhxParticleManager.Clear;

I suggest something like TPhxParticleManager.StopAll and it set Alive:=False to 
all particlesystems;
