PhxImageEditor - Add A New Pattern by Opening an External Image #137

Add A New Pattern by Opening an External Image sometimes does not works! It 
does not show the cursor to set where the new pattern will enter and it add the 
new pattern overlaping the existing ones.

It is some problem with the mouse!

If I select the pattern using the Enter key, it works.

I know there's a problem if you double click in the open dialog, it registers 
as a single click on the paintbox and thus the image is pasted outside the area.

I have no idea how to get rid of this, clicking the open button in the dialog 
works fine aswell.
