Close window, process still there

SOmetimes starts and no window, crashes instantly

Temporary fix gives a "Yes/No" to terminate existing

Added a fix to do Env.Exit(0) after 5s timeout

Appears to still show sometimes - witnessed on James' PC

Also now seeing crash on start due to mutex issue
