I'm wanting to use continuous print to allow me to queue multiple prints, but I'm having issues getting it to work.. I am using loop to remove the prints from the bed and have added start and end g.code to my prusaslicer and it works fine if printing outside continuous print, though I have issues when using continuous print. The print won't advance to the next file in the list.
Here is the start and end code that I currently use in prusaslicer.

If I remove the end code from prusaslicer and add it to the scripts, under Bed clearing on CPQ's settings, would that suffice? Will I have to put anything in the end code of prusa slicer, or can I simply leave that blank? Is there anything else I may be missing?
