Implements and closes #43 , implements and closes #41

The library:

[x] Compiles with latest 2.x native android SDK
[x] Has full Kotlin compilation support without a need to intervene gradle-wise on the consumer side
[x] Implements full API 2.0 spec
[x] Supports recording masks parsing
[x] Builds with all LTS Cordova iOS engine versions
[x] Supports forced DOM sensitivity
