Prepare for Release #13

Branch to get the library ready for release.

Api changes:

[x] map_payload
[x] using macro for use in user's Context module
[x] Fix or_where issue by requiring where clauses are passed in a dynamic wrapper

Todo:

[x] License incl/ attribution for ex_sieve and scrivener
