ME crash after migration #27

After a ME being migrated and relocated, a crash appears.

Function decompress_data returns the decompressed size and was not used corectly (not used at all)
The IRQ handler in the ME was checking if IRQs were disabled before the entry; which may be the case with a ME (see comment in code).
The mem_info structure was not updated after the migration (containing the physical base address of the ME)

Some cleanings in the deploy script of SO3 have been made.
