Cont'd enhancement of VT support

Restored the environment with the VT support achieved so far. Injection of ME leads to crash because SOO hypercalls are not supported yet. Now working on the re-direction of these hypercalls. (Recall: user:soo_hypercal() -> avz_hypercal() -> trap
