We want:

Transformation that assembles all chart events and lab events for a single patient in a dataframe indexed by time series. Format ala http://physionet.org/challenge/2012/set-a/132539.txt
Transform loads subsets of all tables relevant to a particular patient, stores them all in a dictionary
