Rearrange feature, etc. #27

On iOS (I'm doing beta & Bill is using current version)

When rearranging the order of area of production: Can we delay how quickly the swipe needs to happen when holding the 3 lines? If you don't swipe it literally simultaneously with the touch, the line of production flashes and then won't move.

Also, when you press the 3 lines to the left of "Production Records" to go to the account details, we both naturally wanted to swipe the production records page back to close the account details page instead of pressing the 3 lines again.

Finally, when choosing a record to edit a tap doesn't do anything, you need to hold it. Felt broken at first.

When you are talking about choosing one to edit, are you talking about after clicking the edit button at the top? The edit button at the top is the normal iOS way to put a table/list like the production records into an 'edit' mode, where you get a delete button and can reorder, etc., rather than a way to drill into a record to edit it, like renaming or something along those lines.

I'll have to wait until I get home to look at what you are talking about with the swiping to reorder, though, as I don't have any iOS or mac devices accessible to see it.

I absolutely agree on the menu, and I will be changing the way the navigation menu happens very soon, as the left drawer is not something that gets used much in iOS.

This is after you hit edit and the red circle pops up on the left and the 3 line ordering bars on the right of each area of production.  For example this morning I wanted to rename one and when I tapped it to open the box of edit options it wouldn’t open unless I pressed and held it for a second.
