FedEx plugin says "Invalid Meter Number" #357

This can be for a number of reasons after 15 years of development integrating FedEx systems. I can't seem to find the source code for the additional plugins. Is it available somewhere I could download and debug this issue. Love to contribute.

What URL do you have configured? Have you tried https://gateway.fedex.com:443/web-services or https://gateway.fedex.com/web-services/
