Actually, I am not sure this is the usual case. Values seem solid most of the time, but if there is a communication error with the IOS UDP client there can sometimes be a leftover velocity command that doesn't get zeroed out. Fine for now, but it can still occur occasionally.
Heading is cycling and other values are running away. This needs to be checked out although I fixed the navigation issues and control of the robot appears unaffected.
