chore: revert riot version downgrade by #107 #120

The backend team had messed with the version of the RIOT submodule, see https://github.com/smartuni/teamagochi/commit/23e1f50a249a1addd6e29d9b89c01e7613bb0424.

This PR reverts the version back to the state before #107 was merged...
