v2.0 changelog #60

Appears v2.0 is out of the javascript sdk. Is there a changelog/migration notes?

We are currently working on getting our changelog updated and creating a script to help automate the updates in the future. I understand it's clunky, but for now you can look through the most recent commits for changes. We hope to have the updates to the changelog out soon as it is actively being worked on.
