Missing example #228

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to load 
http://lib.heron-mc.org/heron/0.73rc3/examples/featuregridpanel/index.html
2. Not found

Same in svn, is this expected ?

Yes it is expected, the example was obsolete (or possibly renamed).
There are many examples with the 'hr_featuregridpanel', 
Heron.widgets.search.FeatureGridPanel

Basic standalone usage:
http://lib.heron-mc.org/heron/0.73rc3/examples/featselgridpanel/

In all Search examples, e.g. :
http://lib.heron-mc.org/heron/0.73rc3/examples/searchbydraw
http://lib.heron-mc.org/heron/0.73rc3/examples/querybuilder/

(The FAO WMS Layers seem to be offline now, try other overlay WMS layers)
