Integrate GFI Grid and FeatureGrid #239

Currently HEron has two Feature Grid implementations: within FeatureInfoPanel 
for WMS GetFeatureInfo results and FeatureGridPanel.js. Functionally there is 
quite some overlap and one is lacking functions from the other (think of 
Download options, tabbed display and feature highlighting). Also an upcoming 
issue specifies that feature info may in some cases be handled by WFS. This is 
the plan:

1- integrate all functionality in FeatureGridPanel
2- use FeatureGridPanel in FeatureInfoPanel
