Vector Styling - Max/Min scale not compliant with rest of app #294

My app has pre-defined scales from 1:250, to 1: 10million.

However, the "limit by scale" feature on Advanced tab hasn't picked these up. 
Instead it is showing:
1:846 to 1:443million.

The user can change these of course (although they can't go outside these 
bounds), but the max/min values should be pulled from the map values.
