Multiple Searches (Search by Drawing) window does not adjust width to accommodate width of layer name in layer combo box #361

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a layer with a long name 
2. Open Multiple Searches Tool (Search by Drawing) 
3. Layer with long name will force the layer select combo box outside of the 
width of the tool's window (see screenshot attached).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Window width should adjust to the width of the layer combo box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Heron 1.01 with Chrome Version 34.0.1847.116 m

Please provide any additional information below.
