Draw text label - close popup dialogue function does not work #411

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Draw a text label
2. Once text label dialogue box opened click on close dialogue icon in top 
right 
3. The text label freezes and cannot be edited or closed; the only way to 
override it is to start creating a new text label

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The close popup dialogue should close the dialogue box in the same way as 
pressing the enter key does

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Heron 1.0.3 running in a Windows 2008 Server environment
