Enable editing of text labels #412

Once a text label has been created, it can be selected and/or moved but the 
actual text cannot be edited. If a large label contains a typographic error, 
the only way to correct it currently is to delete the label and create a new 
one. Our users would like to be able to select a text label and edit the text 
contained within it.
