Propose clearer definition of what folder structure is expected. #61

Issue #7 noted that it is not intuitively clear how to use generate_html.py . The current help indeed does not specify the folder structure. I propose this change to point out that this is not intended to be used as a standalone, but in the context of other provided scripts.
