Update CMakeLists.txt with NO_DEFAULT_PATH #11

Make sure there are no default paths used once any version of SMASH/vHLLE/sampler is found on the system. This enables the usage of non-master branches for the hybrid within a container that already contains a pre-compiled binary of any of the modules.
