This pull request introduces Monash tune for the afterburner phase for energies of 200 GeV and higher and adjusts the treatment of hydrodynamic parameters for custom configuration. There are a few minor changes in config files and README.md, as well.

Looks good! The changed hydrodynamic parameters for custom should be mentioned in the changelog, otherwise this PR is good to go!

The edits for the changelog will be added once the changelog is part of the develop branch.
