Because these are common copy-and-paste features on front end projects.

Added forgotPassword component and container
Added route, updated dev webpack, removed duplicate line of code from api service

Should we be putting a "reset password" link (links to /forgot-password) in the signIn component in this module? Or is that assuming too much
