Footer topics list wraps under the bullet at smaller viewports. #270

- What is the current behavior? When viewing the "Browse All Smashing Magazine Topics" section on a viewport with a width of 364 pixels and lower, longer topics wrap under the bullet.

- If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

  1. Navigate to the following page: https://www.smashingmagazine.com/
  2. Resize your window to 364 pixels or lower
  3. Scroll to the "Browse All Smashing Magazine Topics" section at the bottom of the page.
  4. Notice "Responsive Web Design" wraps under the bullet.

- What is the expected behavior? When longer topics need to wrap, it should maintain the indentation.

- Please mention your operating system version and the version of your browser macOS Sierra, Chrome 61
