Removes munki-pkg screenshot of text and replaces with text #10

The munki-pkg reference screenshot not only incorrectly linked to autopkg, it was a screenshot of text!

This commit removes the screenshot, adds the screenshot text as markup, and makes the initial description name text of munki-pkg in to a link that points to the munki-pkg repo.

I'd prefer to keep the formatting the same (picture rather than additional markdown). Can you perhaps provide a screenshot of the folder hierarchy in a Finder window?

Closing this out due to inactivity. The link issue has been addressed in a subsequent update but the formatting guide clearly states that the illustration of the tool should be an image. If you'd prefer, feel free to open an Issue to update the image and I'll add it to my queue.
