Wrong annotation in when-in-rome #28

In the chords stats of the dataset "when-in-rome" there's an annotation that does not look correct:

Eb minor:i:

To check if the annotation is an error of the dataset or if it is generated during the parsing process.

An exception has been implemented for dealing with this dataset bug.
