When-in-rome: annotation decision or parsing error? #72

This issue is for us to keep track of Naomi's observations on the Roman numeral analysis (in the when-in-rome partition). As this cannot proceed with more information from the curators, an issue was opened on their repository at https://github.com/MarkGotham/When-in-Rome/issues/44.

The curators acknowledged that it was an annotation error in the dataset. The correct tonality is indeed F major. The change has been committed to the repository, and an update of the whole collection is needed to close this.
