Please document warnings and errors #15

The log soon gets full of lines containing INFO, WARNING and ERROR.  Some
lines look more worrying than others.  E.g. this one:

May 4, 2010 1:31:15 PM org.opendedup.mtools.FDisk checkDedupFile
WARNING: map file
/opt/sdfs/current/ddb/02/023b3291-a17a-43cb-acde-78a072692715/023b3291-a17a-43cb
-acde-78a072692715.map
is corrupt

Known error messages and warnings should be documented.  What is it, what
are the consequences (if any), if the error is automatically repaired or
how to fix the problem, etc.

Good idea. Will do. I think the error that you are receiving is due to the 
issues in
0.9.1 that I emailed you about.
