Add a whitelisting system? #2

would it be possible to add a way to whitelist people from the anti-crasher? I wanna be able to type in @ for commands.

i am going to add a bypass perm soonish, prs are accepted if you want to add it yourself note it only disables tab complete suggestions for @, doesn't disable the command themselves

Latest version on spigot/modrinth now has a bypass perm (anticrasher.bypass) and also redesigned the patch to have way less false positives
