SERVO_ROLL_P etc. imply servo rather than control output #111

This is also for stabilisation, so perhaps given NAV_ROLL_P etc. this should be 
ATTITUDE_ROLL_P or similar...

I think it is supposed to imply servo control.

Naming conventions are pretty well set.  They have been stable for over a year. 
 I think we will close the issue.
