CH_5, CH_6 and CH_7 are incorrect #118

CH_5 CH_6 and CH_7 defines refer to the 0 index channel number NOT the actual 
channel number. 

This is confusing because the radio debug output is ch1 - ch8.

Of course, just changing the radio debug messages would be ok too.
