Clearer menu instructions in setup mode

In the new CLI setup mode, it would be great to have "wizard-like" 
instructions, especially for first setup: For example, "Type "setup" and hit 
return to enter setup mode."

"Setup mode: First, let's set up your radio....

"move aileron to the full right and left....done! Now move elevator stick full 
up and down...done!" etc...

Really friendly stuff, in other words...

etc...

I made some updates to the radio setup. Let me know what you think It's not a 
Wizard yet, but it would be part of one.

My understanding of what needs to happen
- Restore Defaults from config file
- Read radio inputs for CH 1 - 4
- Read reversing of throttle

What else?

Could have a 'turn transmitter off' to check throttle failsafe setting / 
behaviour?

Jason, that's definitely an improvement. I'll go through the text and make a 
few bits a little clearer (for example, telling people to move both the right 
and left sticks to all four corners), but it's definitely feeling more 
interactive now.
