Cookies and only first visit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In traking report, the filters, all are working good instead Only first-time 
users

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When i click in this filter the table of reports delete all the reports, and 
when i click to reset the filter show all again

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1, width Crhome and Firefox

I'm not sure if I completely understood your problems:

1) This is the expected behavior. When you click on the filter button, the 
table will show only the logs that match your filtering criteria; and when you 
click on the reset button, the table will show all logs (no filter). As you've 
reported, this is what's happening, right?

2) This is also the expected behavior. `cookieDays` is a recording property 
that is used just to flag old visitors. It has nothing to do with the tracking 
logs table.
