Modules removed back in the days throw warnings with modern Drupal

Modules have not been properly uninstalled. Only disabled and then deleted from filesystem.

• User warning: The following module is missing from the file system: devel_themer
• User warning: The following module is missing from the file system: apachesolr_search
• User warning: The following module is missing from the file system: apachesolr.
• User warning: The following module is missing from the file system: scald_youtube
• User warning: The following module is missing from the file system: scald_vimeo
• User warning: The following module is missing from the file system: scald_dailymotion

@deheckman This should address the error noted above. I have created a follow up issue that we need to address when we have deployed to production.
