Replace Scald with Media

Scald is a system to manage media (images, video, audio) and have been enabled and configured for the site but almost never used. It was popular back in the days but have been slowly falling out love. The current installation of this throw a lot of warnings and notices when editing content.

Proposed solution

Replace it with the popular Media system. This is the one ELMCIP uses. It bring the config more in line with ELMCIP and provide a single migration path to Drupal 9 when that happening.

• [x] Install scald_youtube this allow us to remove orphan video in the system. Module must at some point been disabled without people noticing orphan content it left behind.
• [x] Remove Atom entities to avoid orphan data.
• [x] Enable File entities and Media modules (Media Internet Sources, Media, File Entity, Media: YouTube and Media: Vimeo).
• [x] Disable and uninstall all scald modules - scald, dnd, atom_reference, mee, scald_audio, scald_dnd_library, scald_image, scald_youtube.
• [x] Manual remove file left behind from removing Atom module. Infamous for leaving crap behind.
• [x] Remove taxonomy vocabulary Scald tags scald_tags.
• [x] Republish Youtube video.
• [x] Remove modules from git and file system.

@deheckman Hi, starting with this today. Would be good get rid of this from the installation.

Not going to reintroduce this, must be test data left behind. There is quite a lot of test data in here we should make sure we dump.
