As long as we use the webform module we also need to make sure PHP know how to pack/unpack zip-files.

Email NIRD and make sure production Kubernetes POD are built with this extension.

Emailed NIRD support regardig this. We have to wait and that is fine. This is a non critical and time sensitive change.
