Drupal installation - upgrade all 3-part modules and libraries

Outdated 3-part modules will cause security breaches and contain fixed bugs. We need to make sure all module and libraries installed are up2date.

Suggested fix

[x] Update all modules to latest version.
[x] Then consider upgrade from one major version to another, example: 7.x-1.2 -> 7.x-2.0. Major will become unsupported.
[x] Upgrade libraries installed. Example WYSIWYG editors, JS-libraries, META-data lib. and so on.

How to test

Test all upgrade in dev.
Deploy and verify that site work as expected.
