There are ghost radio transmissions from dead starbases #332

If you wait around a long time in the default solarsystem around Ophep, the ships will eventually kill the starbase SB-00. However, when you drive around and enter/leave the zone around Ophep, you will still get radio messages like "Wombat, be advised, you've entered controlled space." or "Wombat, be advised, you are leaving controlled space." These transmissions are ostensibly coming from the starbase, but the starbase is dead and gone.
