Update Rails from 6.0.6 to 6.1.7 #142

Fixed deprecation warnings
Fixed Rubocop offenses
Tests are passing
Run rails app:update
Tests are still passing
Had to update Spring to get bin/rails s to work. Otherwise, got this error:

[WARNING] Could not load command "rails/commands/server/server_command". Error: superclass mismatch for class StringIO.

Also used railsdiff.org, and noticed that bin/bundle and bin/update were removed in Rails 6.0.6
