Bring-up additional ARM slaves #31

We have a couple of ARM slaves down:

arm-bot10
arm-bot11

It would also be nice to have the SDSM&T XUs that aren't in use in the farm, and/or create an easy procedure to add and remove them from the farm as needed.

bot10 is back up, but 11 is still down. I've been working on new images for the X2's and XU's, so hopefully that will help make this process a little easier...
