SMDG Liner Pipeline #8

As discussed in todays SMDG Code List meeting the source of the liner codes will be a json file that will be used to provide data to the API

The very high-level process would be as follows:

Steps to follow to start API development:

  1. JSON file to be provided (@sevak-mnatsakanyan)
  2. GitHub Action to trigger the Database Update (@cmsdroff)
  3. Implement API within the BIC AWS (GET /linercodes)
  4. Improve API to handle all query string parameters on the GET

Hi @sevak-mnatsakanyan

Sorry to push we will need the sample JSON file to be provided to work on point 2, this is blocking us moving along.

I have deployed the OpenAPI into AWS and will share to the group shortly the temporary url and it will return some mock responses for the time being.
