nginx-finish #7

Not sure what the purpose of nginx-finish.sh is. But all it seems to do is put the docker in a perpetual nginx stop state where nginx refuses to be started.

Its there if inotify sees a change in /config. inotify.sh would stop and restart after that point. I don't use nginx, but I have the same setup on my reverse-proxy docker and don't have any issues there.....
