Tapo's new firmware introduces a new protocol. This change includes port of the new protocol 'KLAP'.
Since the original, petretiandrea/plugp100, is licensed under GPLv3, GPLv3 is also applied to the ported code.
With this change, the license of the project and package is also changed to GPLv3.
